Producing Plastic Bags in Kazakhstan
2014 April, POLYSTAR installed 4 sets of mini-blown film machines and one set of T-shirt bag-making machines for a customer who just entered the plastic bag production business in Kazakhstan.
The customer was originally doing a plastic bag trading business in Kazakhstan. Due to the demand for plastic bags increasing, the customer decided to start his factory to produce plastic bags. First to start the business with 4 mini-type blown film machines and one T-shirt bag-making machine. The mini-blown film machine has an output of 40 kg/hr, T-shirt bag-making machine is capable of cutting 360 pcs of bags per minute. The customer would be able to sell the bags produced by himself and the bags that he buys from other producers. He could evaluate whether producing or buying is more profitable for his business.
Save Cost on Plastic Raw Materials
During the discussion with the customer for the new project, POLYSTAR understood his concern for producing the films. Since the raw material cost is getting higher and higher, the customer hopes to save some cost on the raw material. In this case, POLYSTAR suggested customers blend CaCO3/ recycled material into raw material for saving raw material purposes. The mini-blown film machine that POLYSTAR offers to customers is also specially designed for processing CaCO3 and recycled material. The melting and mixing ability is higher than the machine which is for processing 100% raw material. This extruder can process 100% recycled material. For CaCO3, a maximum of 40% can be added to raw material.
Online Cam-to-cam Machine Demonstration
When POLYSTAR finished the machine manufacturing, we offered this customer online cam-to-cam machine testing.
The customer was able to see the machine testing through the Internet and ask questions about the machines at the same time. Those customers who don't come for machine inspection can also be sure that the machines are running in good condition before shipment.
