Die Face-cutting Recycling Machine Operating in South Africa
POLYSTAR has been working with LDPE film recyclers in South Africa, including LDPE-washed films, agricultural films, plastic regrind, as well as in-house film recycling.The film producer located in Johannesburg with 80 blown film machines, has recently acquired two HNT-120V Polystar die face cutting recycling machines, replacing an 6 year old Erema die face cutting recycling machine that the company previously owned.The two HNT-120V die face cutting recycling machine is currently processing up to 1,100kg multi-layer LDPE agricultural film waste.
Back to Production Line
The pellets produced from the die-face cutting recycling machine are put directly back into the LDPE film production line, primarily in the middle layers which are not visible.
