Denmark – Recycling Line for High-Quality Pellets
In November 2016, a POLYSTAR Repro-Flex 65 was installed at the Denmark-based shopping and DHL bag producer. The compact recycling line now recycles printed packaging waste and non-printed LDPE film and bags that the producer generates internally from bag-making and blown film processes.
The film producer had been running the POLYSTAR co-extrusion and mono-blown film lines since 2014 before deciding to bring in its in-house recycling machine to maintain the good and consistent quality of the recycled pellets. The film produces a variety of products including industrial packaging, carrier bags, flat bags, loop handles, patch handle,s and many others.
The installation was carried out by POLYSTAR’s service team located in Russia.
