Compact Blown Film Machine in the USA
In June, POLYSTAR installed another two sets of compact-type blown film machines in Dallas, USA.
Experienced Users in the USA Expand their Blown Film Production Line
The buyer for these two sets of blown film machines has been manufacturing plastic bags since the early 1970s. They invented many of the packaging products used throughout the restaurant, deli, and grocery industry. The compact-type blown film machines offered by POLYSTAR were added to their production line to produce HDPE films.
The compact-type blown film machines can produce HDPE film with a maximum film width of 650mm. The thickness is 15 microns. The films produced by compact-type blown film machines are converted into pop-up bags for delis, bakeries, and restaurants.
Easy to Operate Film Extruder
For easier operation, compact blown film machines are equipped with auto rewinders. It has a meter counter to count the total length of the film roll. Once the film roll reaches the length that is set on the meter counter, the flying knife cuts the film roll. In the meantime, the machine changes the film roll to an empty winding roll.
This automatic type of winder helps to save the workforce. The producer is planning to receive another two sets of bottom sealing converting from POLYSTAR to produce pop-up bags.
