Bahrain - Second POLYSTAR Recycling Machine in Operation
In February, the second POLYSTAR recycling machine was installed in Bahrain to process in-house HDPE, LDPE, PP, and BOPP film waste. The Manama-based film and bag producer decided to purchase the POLYSTAR exhibition machine off the floor after seeing an impressive live machine demonstration during the trade show in UAE.

The POLYSTAR Recycling Machine has been Running 24/7 for the Past 10 Months Since the Installation
The flexible packaging producer located in Bahrain produces a wide variety of products including HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP bags and rolls, shopping bags, garbage bags, food packaging bags, laundry bags, construction rolls, warning tape, sufra rolls, table cover sheets, and many others. The newly installed POLYSTAR allows the producer to reprocess all of its clean, in-house waste and turn it into high-quality recycled pellets. Thanks to the consistently high-quality recycled pellets, a much higher percentage (of recycled pellets) can be put back into the blown film production lines.
POLYSTAR has been very successful in the Middle Eastern market with more than 35 installations in UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Yemen since 2013.
