How to Recycle PP Raffia / Woven Materials?
PP raffia or PP woven materials can be recycled using a shredder integrated recycling machine. This process allows these resistant PP materials to be cut into smaller sized pieces tu ensure the following steps of the process run smoothly.
Our pelletizing machine is the ideal recycling equipment for PP raffia and woven producers. The pelletizing unit is designed specifically for processing polypropylene packaging waste.
The recycled pellets are put directly back into the tape extrusion lines for processing. These recycled pellets can be loaded in high percentages and still produce excellent fabric with good tensile strength and elongation.
