PE/PP Pipe Recycling

Plastic regrind usually comes from scraps of injection molding production or trims. Hard plastics such as bottles, containers, automotive parts, electronic waste, or toys are usually regrinded in order to be washed properly before for recycling.

Regrinded materials can be recycled using pelletizing machines and reused for different applications.

How to Recycle PE / PP Pipes?

PE or PP pipes can be easily recycled using pelletizing machines, the materials must first be regrinded or cut into smaller sized pieces to allow easier processing.

Our pelletizers are designed to facilitate the recycling of plastic pipes, we offer the flexibility of different machine designs based on the different characteristics of the pipes. Completely clean and dry pipes can be precrushed and recycled using simple hopper feeding pelletizing machines, while used pipes must first be cleaned and dried to then recycle them with the appropriate pelletizing machine for post-consumer plastic waste.
