Monolayer twin head extruder designed for small bag producers
The Twin head blown film machine offers an economic alternative for producing plastic bags in smaller widths.
Compared to extruders with single die head, the Twin head blown film machine can achieve higher production capacity when producing film rolls in small widths, as the high extrusion output is dispersed into two separate channels of the die heads instead of one. The twin-head design also allows producers to produce different film widths in one production.
A special screw design is used to provide good mixing and stable output for both HDPE and LDPE material. Moreover, bimetallic treatment is applied to process a higher percentage of recycled material and CaCO3 compound.
