Turkish Bag Producer Achieves Efficient Waste Management in Its Factory with POLYSTAR Pelletizer
Em Plastik Ambalaj has been in the industry since 2008 and is a well-known plastic bag producer in Türkiye. The successful producer has aimed to close the circular economy loop in its factory through efficient waste management.
After careful research, Em Plastik decided on POLYSTAR. The Repro-Flex 85 cutter compactor integrated plastic recycling machine has been successfully installed and started converting waste into plastic granules. During the test runs with LDPE bag waste, Repro-Flex 85 reached 300 kg/h output, exceeding the promised output of 250 kg/h.
