Versatile recycling system for PE/PP flexible packaging
POLYSTAR's metalized Bopp film recycling machine Repro-Flex is designed for reprocessing PE and PP flexible packaging material, printed and non-printed.
Usually, materials are fed into the recycling system by the standard feeding device, a belt conveyor. However, the flexible machine allows producers to install a nip roller feeding system to feed the film-on-rolls efficiently.
During the process, the cutter compactor cuts and preheats the metalized film. The combination of cutting, extruding, and pelletizing in one compact recycling line saves space and energy from your factory.
