Installation of a garbage bag (draw tape) co-extruder in Vietnam
An advanced garbage bag co-extruder with draw-tape capabilities has been installed in response to the rising demand for high-quality draw-tape waste bag production in Vietnam. This new addition, his 22nd POLYSTAR machine, looks to greatly improve the company's manufacturing capabilities with a current monthly production capacity of 1,700 tons. The primary reason for adopting this model was to increase the amount of recycled materials in the middle (B) layer while also enhancing film strength, notably for the production of three-layer draw-tape rubbish bags. This machine configuration is well-equipped to satisfy the changing needs of the garbage bag manufacturing sector in Vietnam
